Older leaves become pale green with beading of chlorophyll. Chlorosis and Necrosis of leaf margins, proceeding from leaf tip, can be seen in more severe cases.

Easy to reveal by holding leaf to sunlight.

Sandy soils. Acidic soils. Potassium rich soils. Soils receiving high potash applications. Cold wet periods.

Better crop establishment. Improved winter hardiness and tillering. Better grain quality.
